Wherever possible, links will include a Title/ALT Tag. This will allow for the visitor to see the title of a link before clicking on it. This will also be advantageous for screen reader software.

Link text is never duplicated; two links with the same link text always point to the same address.

Wherever possible, images contain titles, ALT tags, and sometimes even captions.
